Meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation

Kirill Zaytsev the board member of KPI Holding participated in meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation concerning subsidies granting from the federal budget to the Russian organizations – management companies of industrial (industrial) parks and (or) science and technology parks on compensation of a percent payment costs part on the credits obtained in the Russian credit organizations and the "Development and Foreign Economic Activity Bank (Vnesheconombank)" state corporation in 2013-2016 on industrial objects creation investment projects implementation (industrial) parks and (or) science and technology parks, within the subprogram "Industrial parks" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of the industry and increase of its competitiveness", approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of August 11, 2015 No. 831.

Heads of industrial parks management companies, Association of industrial parks, and also the Director of Large and medium-sized business development Management projects of Sberbank of Russia JSC Zinovyeva E.A. and the deputy director of Department for work with the credit organizations of "MSP Bank" JSC Makayeva O. Y. took part in the meeting.

Subsidies granting rules changes, necessary documents preparation order, and also consideration order of state support to management companies demands and terms in 2015 were explained at the meeting. It should be marked that according to the rules procedure of investment projects selection for the state support to the managing companies changed; the declarative order instead of competitive selection for the access to subsidies was introduced; the list of investment expenses subject to payment for the account of the credit on which the subsidy was provided expanded, within the resolution No. 916. In particular, design and budget documentation development, engineering researches, production reconstruction and modernization, on construction of own power objects, real estate objects repayment which are in property of the Russian Federation or territorial subjects of the Russian Federation costs are added to this list.

Since August 28 order taking for the subsidies granting contracts conclusion  for compensation of a part of percent on the credits costs payment within the resolution No. 831 was opened.
