Meeting of the working group of the Russian Federation State Council concerning "Measures for Investment Appeal Improvement in Subjects of the Russian Federation"

On September 7, 2016 Victor Zhurba, the CEO of KPI Holding, and Kirill Zaytsev, the Commercial director, have participated in the working group of the Russian Federation State Council meeting concerning "Measures for Investment Appeal Improvement in Subjects of the Russian Federation". The head of the working group was Vladimir Yakushev, the Governor of Tyumen region. The Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin has opened the meeting. In the opening speech he has marked the significant differences in the actual construction license receipt dates and connection to the engineering infrastructure objects in various subjects of the Russian Federation.

Andrey Nikitin, The CEO of ASI has defined a range of directions in which ASI carries out the best and the worst subjects of RF analysis in order to create the best practices on the key business aspects examined within the National Rating of the Regions Investment Appeal.

Vladimir Yakushev, The governor of Tyumen Region, has reported in detail on the progress of Tyumen Region in investors attraction. So, besides institutional transformations, Tyumen Region implements a large-scale project on industrial parks creation in the neighbor of Tyumen. Platforms with ready-made infrastructure performed due to budgetary funds, and also considerable privileges on taxes are offered to the residents of industrial parks.

Following the results of the working group meeting the interaction format on the further State Council preparation was agreed. KPI Holding will prepare offers to be included into the final report.

After the working group meeting completion Victor Zhurba and Kirill Zaytsev have visited platforms of two industrial parks: Bohr and Bogandinsky. Works on engineering infrastructure creation are now conducted on both platforms.
