Meeting of the Committee on special business development territories of the Public All-Russian organization

On November 17, 2014 the first meeting of Committee on special business development territories of the Public All-Russian organization "Business Russia" on the subject: "Prospects of legislation development in the field of special business development territories.  Information on normative documents drafts under development" will take place.

The meeting purpose is formation of structure and plans of the Committee; acquaintance of participants with the forthcoming changes in regulation of the industrial parks institute.

Discussion of the following normative documents drafts is planned at the meeting:

• Changes to the federal law "About special economic zones";
• Draft of the national "Industrial parks. Requirements" standard which will promote development of industrial parks institute, the correct and uniform application of a conceptual framework, services quality improvement rendered by industrial parks;
• Draft of Rules of voluntary certification system functioning of the industrial parks necessary for establishment of industrial parks compliance to requirements of the national standard;
• Draft of conformity mark application Rules;
• Draft of the standard regional law "About Creation and Development of Regional Industrial Parks" model»;
• Draft of standard competitive documentation on industrial parks management companies selection.
